On January 5, 2025, six Boston-area wedding professionals came together to create something the city had never seen before. Queerly Beloved — co-founded by Amanda Macchia Photography, One Bell Designs, DJ Dayglow, Dearly Studio, Althea Floral Design, and Lensy Michelle - along with several other vendor partners - brought seven LGBTQ+ couples to the altar for free micro-wedding ceremonies at The Sinclair in Cambridge, followed by a dance party open to all. Over 400 guests showed up. $4,000 was raised for the Trevor Project.

When my best friends told me hey were joining their lives forever, and filing for their domestic partnership, I was already over the moon. They started their day with breakfast followed by private vows at one of their favorite libraries, and then headed to Somerville City Hall to file their paperwork, officially! I’m so excited to share the photos from this modern, moody, dramatic, ultra glam wedding editorial we did at Queen Anne’s Loft in Newport, RI this past winter. It was a gorgeous day and the sun was streaming through their floor to ceiling windows creating the most breathtaking light. We got to photograph three unbelievable gowns from The Bridal Garden. Having traveled the world playing music, they couldn’t imagine a more perfect way to tie the knot than outside their fav local venue - the House of Blues - under a dope custom marquee that reads “All You Need Is Love”…

The Liberty Hotel is a historic landmark in Boston. This former jail turned upscale hotel is located right next to the red line, the Charles River, and Beacon Hill, and of course not far from city hall, making it the perfect spot for your Boston Elopement.
